This need is primarily due to savings, since it is much more convenient to use one antenna for all TVs than to connect to each TV device via a separate antenna. Also, the need to connect different devices to one antenna is caused by the impossibility of high-quality reception of signals on all sides of a house or apartment. This makes it impossible for the Internet to work when an active splitter is connected, since its operation requires feedback. To avoid such problems, a passive splitter must first be installed on the common cable. And from it an Internet cable will go to one output, and to another cable with a television signal, which will, in turn, be connected to a passive splitter.

Also, it is possible that the problem is a faulty antenna or a broken connector on the TV itself. You should try working with another antenna or with another TV device.

It should also be remembered that an Internet connection does not work with an active splitter, since such devices do not have feedback.
